I am a fully qualified counsellor based in Eastbourne. My practice is in the centre of town 5 minutes from Eastbourne station. It is within easy reach of Polegate, Newhaven, Hailsham, Bexhill and other areas of East Sussex.
I offer a free introductory 50 minute session. It is a chance to explore what you want from counselling and how we might work together. I offer short-term counselling or longer, open-ended therapy with adults and young people. I am an experienced counsellor across a range of issues including:

Anxiety
Family and relationships issues
Low self-esteem or confidence
Bereavement
Infertility
Work related issues
Older people's issuesI have a number of low-cost counselling spaces for those on low incomes.
